Boozhy E-Mails: Oh Dems, I have So Little Hope for You

Why are Democrats SO idiotic?  I received the following e-mail from Democracy for America today (see below).  Umm...  seriously guys, sending DeLay thousands of rubber chickens?  That's just stupid, not to mention well, stupid.  And can't they use that money more wisely?  Like on the campaign for the TX Democratic candidate Nick Lampson (who actually has a shot at winning)?

Dear Juan,

Tom DeLay announced he's quitting Congress today because he's afraid of losing his seat to a Democrat.

Democracy for America has dogged DeLay for years.  With TV commercials, print... [blah, blah, blah]...  But we didn't think DeLay would "cut and run" like he did.

If he did nothing wrong -- as he claims --[Blah, blah, blah] quitting. 

Let's help send Tom DeLay the rubber chicken award he so richly deserves.  For every $50 Democracy for America raises today, we'll send Tom DeLay an authentic rubber chicken for his mantle.  It'll be our goodbye present.

My favorite memory is when DeLay called my brother, Howard, "a cruel and extremist demagogue."¹ I bet you...[blah, blah, blah]

It's like a PBS tote-bag, silly. It encourages donations. The cost on a rubber chicken, assuming they'll make a bulk buy is less than $1. Thus DFA gets a fund raising bump.

When I saw the link to this article I was afraid they were talking about the actual Democrats (as in democrats.org). That's cool though. Let the kids have their fun. Beats having them sitting around playing video games.
