Boozhy Headlines: 'Cause Jesse Helms Is Dead

It's no secret that the GOP Convention was the whitest convention in 40+ years, with only 36 african americans in attendance.  After being admonished by Red and Blue minority groups alike, the GOP got right on it and nominated uber-WASP George Allen to help lead the Minority outreach effort in Virginia.  And yep, it's THAT George Allen.  The man who lost his Senate seat largely as a result of the viral video of his use of a racial slur against a person attending one of his speeches.  Is this really the best Virginia could do?  I mean granted Jesse Helms is dead, but wasn't David Duke available?
